Just wanted to say how COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, USELESS, and s**t Anotheruniverse have been throughout this whole deal....

Jason has been the one to hold this thing together - au should get down on their incompetent knees and kiss his ass!

I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING BAD-MOUTHING AU IN EVERY SINGLE FORUM KNOWN TO MAN, AND WHILE I WAS SURPRISED BY THE NEWS OF THAT GUY/GIRL TAKING OUT THE ADVERT ON GOOGLE - IT SUDDENLY SEEMS LIKE A GOOD IDEA...HAHAHAHAHA! I MIGHT JUST DO IT MYSELF AND BRING THE SHITTY COMPANY TO IT'S DEATH!

AU will be judged by the quality of the DVDs (I saw them, and they looked pretty damn good. I was reluctant to send them back. ), by how they resolve problems, and by successfully getting the complete set (including lunchboxes and bonus material) into the hands of all who bought them.

They face a tremendous opportunity to put all problems behind them, as well as a tremendous challenge.

When all is said and done, I will perform a satisfaction poll via email. I'm betting that most people will forgive problems as long as things are 1) fixed and 2) smooth from here on in.
