AU addressing the problems I posted here earlier.

1) With an email to me outlining the corrections being performed.
2) Email was sent to customers today acknowledging charge problems.
3) More specific apologies going to those affected by charge problems.
4) Some potentially good news for lots of people, which I just need to confirm.
I have been informed that Wade, who performs a lot of the corrections has been out sick, but that next week they will make up for lost time on corrections, etc.
BMG overnighted the check discs to me, so it looks like I will be having a MSCL marathon weekend.
Ultimately, I feel that much will probably be forgiven when AU makes good and gets this set into your hands, and card balances corrected. Despite some of my criticisms here, I believe that they should have that chance.
But they still smell.
