:D BMG is overnighting the check-discs to me. So it looks like I will be holding a MSCL marathon this weekend. La la la. (I also have to attend a wedding and it's Rosh Hashanna, too, so this is going to be interesting).

I know the notice is short, but I'd like to try to put together a viewing marathon. Does anybody want to get together somewhere on Monday and watch some of this with me? I am in Westchester County, NY, but I can arrange to bring the stuff somewhere, or you can come here and I will provide some food, etc. I am easily accessible via the Metro North commuter railroad. I work from an office at home.

Note: it is not going to be an uninterrupted marathon. I actually have to test every menu function, feature, video quality, etc. In other words, to borrow an expression from programmers, I am eating my own dog food.

I would LOVE to take part in the marathon. Don't suppose you could bring those discs to the UK could you?

Didn't think so... :(

I couldn't be more jealous of people in the eastern states right now! Me- Utah. Not much chance of a road trip to New York to check out dvd's which (with any luck) I will be watching for myself in a couple of weeks. Though it IS tempting. :) Have fun Jason- you certainly deserve to be the first!

I would love to have a marathon this weekend. Another reason living in DC sucks. :(

Have a good time, and be sure to tell us all about it!

Jason,
I'm sure everyone on this site would love to have a viewing marathon with you. What an honor being one of the first to see the new DVDs. I would've taken off work and drove to NY (from South Carolina) to see them if I could have known sooner.
But, hopefully I don't have that much longer to wait.
Please let us know how they are!
