What's going on?

Okay, I finally received some input from somebody. I got a short note via email, stating that my "request" is being processed. I assume they are talking about that special form Jason and Gord had us fill out. Only, the message was sent about a week ago...and still no refund.

Now, I hate to cause trouble when this is just a "patience issue," meaning I understand this deal is a first time situation for AU and BMG, and that it is apt to be a complex business transaction. However, like others I'm tired of being given the "run around"...and my suspicions have arisen too. If I don't see some progress (i.e. money back into my account) within these next couple days, I have no choice but to report "credit fraud" to my bank like a few others already have. Enough is enough.
