Hello All.
Ok, I have some questions. For Jason, for Gord, or whoever else is in charge around here. Sorry to post here, but I don't know any of your email addresses.

1) What EXACTLY is shipping on Sep. 17?

2) If only parts of the boxset are shipping on the 17th, when will the rest be here?

3) If things are shipped seperately, will we be paying shipping EACH TIME AU decides to send something?

4) Why are no mass emails being sent out about all these shipping changes, and/or any other changes that have taken place without the cusomers knowing?

Again, not everyone comes to these boards. I don't even come here all the time. I expect AU, a company I gave money to, to update me on what's going on with the product they are responsible for. People shouldn't have to seek out a message board to get answers and news, it should come from AU.
Jason- Just read your angry post. I just wanna say, if you were not involved in this project, my order would've been cancelled months ago. As far as I'm concerned, you are the BEST person involved in this project, and I really, really appreciate all your hard work.

Yeah, I also want to know what we are getting and when we are getting it.

I heard from this board that it is just going to the the set (maybe not even with the bonus disc?.. stupid..).

I have a feeling we might get the bonus disc with the whole set, though because Jason said it should be with it because the company doing it was supposed to have it done for the 17th for sure.

Hopefully that is the case and the lunchbox will be the only thing that is shipping seperately.(not that I even want that to happen.)

I don't think we should be charged shipping AT ALL if we were pre-order people that were promised free US shipping.

It would be retarded to go and charge our credit cards again(especially if people started getting weird charges afterwards). Besides that it isn't our fault that the things have to ship seperately.

I do want to know what is going on with all of this, though. And I think it is stupid that if I didn't come to this board that I would have no idea what was going on.

I haven't recieved a response to this yet, (I'm pretty much out of patience now), so if anyone knows Jason's (or anyone else I could send an email to about this) address, please let me know. Thanks guys!

I thought I made it clear that until an apology is issued, and until we start to get answers directly through AU (I don't want to give information that ends up being wrong), that I am waiting with the rest of you.

I didn't mean to sound snappy.

All I can say is that I can give information, and possibly misinform, or we can wait until a post comes from AU. I need to be filled in as well right now, and I have been told that some email or post is "in the email."

I didn't mean to sound snappy either, incase I did. I think we're all a bit jaded and impatient with the whole deal at the moment. Well, "in the mail" is at least something. I wrote to their customer service from the AU site, hopefully I'll get something 'within 7-10 days'. If so, I'll post it. Again Jason, thanks for your patience. It can't be bloody easy.
