Another way to get your money back

In the event that a merchant refuses to address unauthorized charges, the next step is to take it to your bank.
If you purchased by credit/debit card, you can enter a dispute of your overcharges with your bank. Your bank, hopefully a reliable one, should participate in the "Fair Credit Billing Act." This means that you are protected in the event there is an unauthorized charge to your card. For US Bank customers, like myself, here is the form to fill out:
https://www2.usbank.com/cgi_w2/cfm/cust ... ispute.cfm
Or if you used a debit/check card, call US Bank directly at 1-800-US-BANKS.
According to their website, Wells Fargo will also reimburse unauthorized charges to credit or check cards. Call them at 1-800-869-3557.
I don't have time to look up everyone's bank, but I encourage everyone to call the phone numbers listed on the back of their cards or visit your bank's website. Unless you bank with a really skeezy place, these unauthorized charges should be addressed by your bank.
These unauthorized charges are a form of Identity Theft - a SERIOUS crime. AU is in for a hefty lawsuit.
