I am one of the "lucky" many who have been double charged. (I also received the e-mail that it was fixed, which of course it hasn't.) If I file a dispute with my credit card company is this likely to confuse Another Universe into cancelling my entire order? Jason, Gordon, anyone else have an opinion on this? With the shipping date apparently so close I don't want to mess up my order.

it might, but they will have to unconfuse it. many people have been very patient in waiting for refunds. but if they take too long to come, they are going to report it to their cards to play it safe.

the solution? fix the double charges faster.

I've had to formally dispute the charge, though I waited as long as I could. Otherwise, I would be fined for overdrawing on my card, since it pushed me over my limit. If that causes any other problems, I'll be more than a little unhappy (not that I'm exactly pleased as it is).

I've disputed my charge also. Hopefully, they won't cancel my entire order!!!
