AU Phone Number???

I don't think I have any more energy left to complain. Anyway, here's one more before I pass out 
"I'm tired of sitting on my a** for almost 2 months, waiting for some kind of sign saying, 'yes, Miss A------ we're going to give you your money back...by the way, sorry for the triplecharge.'" Is anyone even listening to me...or am I talking to thin air???
Okay that was 2...but yeah...well, I've been reading that a few people who've talked directly to the appropriate people have received their refund in two shakes of a lamb's tail. Now, I may have asked for AU's phone number once before (...but I've forgotten where I've posted that since then.) I appreciate anyone's help in getting that number. Thanks in advance.
