I can't believe that someone is already selling their DVD set on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 1557961934

I thought that the mad rush wouldn't begin until we at least got them in our hands.

I'm all for capitalism yay (as Austin Powers said), and I completely understand the supply-demand thing, but sheesh. I wonder if any of the bidders know that they can still order a set at AU instead of paying some jackass above the retail price. :?:

good grief charlie brown...

for some reason, this makes me upset, but I'm not sure why. I sort of feel like after all the angst involved, this shouldn't be something open to the public.

Irrational, but true.

It's probably someone from AU selling it.

If it is, at least that shows that even the underhanded AU employees are confident that the set will be released.

I am sellinging it, and they were stolen lol

You stole it? How can you "find" a box and steal it when it hasn't been released yet? Or did you steal it from the manufacturing plant?

Hmmmm...

the person who sold it sold it as a pre-order.

Ebay would be better than AU!

I bet it will be easier, and less hassle to cancel AU orders, and wait to buy from Ebay.

Should be a lot more professional! ;)

search engines vs ebay

Hey,
I am an ebay seller and I know for a fact that people will fight to the death on ebay and pay a small fortune for something they could have just bought for the actual suggested retail price just by using a search engine!

In response to me saying:

A fact of which I was well aware.

The thing is, the guy's post bore the subject "I am sellinging it, and they were stolen lol"

With the message body:
sorry folks, found a box and need to feed the children
And my question, again, is: how do you "steal" / "find" a box that hasn't been released yet?

i'd buy it on eBay

....before i bought it via AU. ....and this is just going by the posts I've seen. I want the shows, but after tapping into this site a few mos back, I more than hesitate purchasing this way until someone (anyone) actually recieves the product
