Finally. A release date. Who woulda thunk it?

Thanks, Justin. Let's just hope this is a realistic date, so I don't get my hopes up again.

I agree this is great news. No, damn it! It's better than great... But I guess quite a few people have more pressing matters - like the rude over charges - on their minds.

I am sitting back quietly looking forward to my beautiful DVD... but kinda wondering when I'll get my money back and what on earth is going to happen when AU start to charge for shipping.

I am sympathetic with AU. This is a massive project and one people's hearts are really involved with. I do believe all the problems will be corrected and the company will prove themselves in the end... it's just such a shame that these over charges had to happen in the first place. If the hadn't, this thread would be far bigger by now. :?

one thing to say...

gee, that's great! Did you guys delay the date so you could bill my credit card for the FOURTH time? I am so OVER this crap. I'm thinking of cancelling my American Express account because I'm afraid you're going to be billing me $115 every month till the day I die.

No, and in fact, I'm hoping that I'll be able to pick them up from the factory in South Carolina and begin shipping them from there the week of September 2, but that'll depend on BMG. Who is responsible for all delays so far.

I'd really like to not have to deal with this either. It's not like I make any money off double charges, or get any long term customer good will. Which is really the reason we got into this project in the first place.

I am so glad there is finally a release date. :D
I've had no problems with double chrages. But I'm the most impatient person ever. I would love to know where they are making the DVD's in South Carolina. That is where I live. So, if they ship from there, I'll get mine faster.

Woohoo!!!

Less than a month to go!

The arrival of this DVD will be a momentous event in my so-called life. Only those who frequent this forum could possibly understand my excitement!!! Everyone else, they just don't understand.

Excellent to see the official release date. Was wondering when it was, since the June got canned and thus I came looking. Glad to see it.

I'm pretty patient so I haven't been pitching a fit waiting for it but I do of course remain curious as to when and if it'll show.

As for all these posts of double charges plus... weird. I was charged my $20 pre-order and then the remaining balance and nothing since as well. Guess I'm able to join the few lucky folks. 8)
