I have ordered from DVDPLANET, and amazon, and other online site, and they have all taken weeks to get me my order, WHY!!! because they suck.
AnotherUnivese got me my order in their specified time frame, am happy.
If you had a problem with you credit card, call your credit card company. easy. dont go call the president of you nation , you sound like an uneducated moran.
In my opinion, anotheruniverse did a great job, and its that simple. there is a rumour going around that people are bashing this company for no apparent reason, other than to give it a bad wrap. but AU gave me 100% satisfaction/

I also saw anotheruniverse @ this site check it out.

i for one would like to criticize AU for the crappy job they've done. i've talked to Jason about my double charge, but still nothing from AU's end for over two weeks. sounds like a phone call is in order. thanks for making this experience more painful than it really should have been. ah well, ce la econimique du internet.

i love these anonymous snipes. Yes, i am connected to this deal. I haven't hidden anything. If you know so much, why don't you disclose the terms of the deal? I would hope that people would realize that I am neither dumb nor well-off enough to work for 6 months for free.

I'm a capitalist and an opportunist 100% of the way, and damn proud of it. Even though I went to a pinko business school. However, I also put in 100% to the stuff I do and I try to get results. The only way to get the parties involved to release this set was to show them that they could do it profitably.

The show wasn't filmed for free, the actors did not work for free, BMG is not making the discs for free, and AU is not selling them at a loss. I am in good company. I am not an unpaid intern.
