Definite Answers

Hey Guys,
I recently got a double charge on my account (Aug 5) and freaked out, I was so hoping to avoid that. I emailed Jason, filled out the customer service form at DryGrass.com and called AU.com and left a voice message. Today after calling again I got in touch with Wade who said that I was in the system and was going to get a refund and that the DVD is expected out by mid-September, of course it is all speculation, but here's hoping! Just thought I would share my story with you guys since it ended fairly well.

Um..why is it taking soo long..my mom is starting to get mad that its taking to long..threating shes just going to cancel it....I dont know what is taking them so long...Im bein patient...my mom better not cancel it!! I will be mad!

Mike @ AU has gone through and processed almost all the problems that have been reported. ALL the double-billing has been processed today.
