It's a good thing I have DVD stress...

. . .To keep my mind off wedding stress. Ask AnotherUniverse.com if I am stressed or not.
FYI, a few things.
I am going to be on a honeymoon from August 12-21. That means no emails, no phone calls.
To make up for the fact that I will not be here, my compadre Gord Lacey will be finishing up an automatic customer service form based on all the stuff I have come across. Additionally, there will be an "emergency button" on this form. If you click on that button, it will arouse Gord from a state of suspended animation (also known as his social life, hahaha. I swear this guy is going to kill me when he comes to NY next week). Only do this if it is a real emergency. And no, "did I get a lunchbox?" is not a real emergency.
The form will be integrated with AU.com. (Why didn't we think of this sooner). They will get immediate access to your request, and an automated response will be sent as soon as it is actually handled.
I know this sounds confusing. I will clarify it all soon. The DVD is on its way very soon. Authoring is not too far from completion. We are grappling with some logistical issues, but it will all work out. This will be worth the wait.
So far, the delays have been due solely to clearance issues. There may be some snags, but I will remind you that I am a major pain-in-the-ass (ask AU or BMG), and the net effect of those snags, if any, will be communicated clearly and will be minimized to the fullest extent possible.
