Is the waiting list really long? Is there any chance of getting the lunchbox set from cancellations?

If you are ordering now, absolutely no chance. Sorry I cannot be more specific, unless you know you ordered during the pre-order period.

However, contrary to the odd rumor, all sets will include the bonus disc.
