I received the text of the BMG press release.
Along with the words "DO NOT release it as I need to clear it with internal communications first."
That should only take about a day or so. Then I will provide the link.

OMG, that is so awesome man, I'm so glad they're finally releasing some things for the pub. This is one more hurdle down that we had to cross to get to our goal of the DVDs being sent, yay!

I just figure with the delays and whatnot, BMG should at least show a sign of good faith and put some minds at rest. It's not like an earth-shattering press release. It just says what you already know, but on their letterhead.
I will be mailing another email update to coincide with the publication of the press release. There is some good news to include with the news you already know about (i.e. the delays)

its kind of funny what a fight this is turning out to be even till the end, lol.
