Jason, thank you for keeping us up to date on everything about the DVD set. I would not want to be in your shoes, because it seems like if it is possible to make a mistake, Another Universe finds a way to make it. And there you always are to clean up the mess.

I feel more comfortable knowing that you are involved. You have always sent lightning-fast responses to my emails, and I have NEVER received a single reply from Another Universe. I would have lost confidence were it not for you. Thanks for keeping this together and for not giving up. All of the big guys like BMG and Another Universe can learn a lot from you. We lifers have our hearts in this show, and it is good to see that somebody on the other end has his heart in this DVD.

I just want to say a great big thanks to jason too. I feel exactly the same way. Jason is gets back to me pretty quickly while i have to contact au to see what's going on. Thanks jason!!!

i would like to agree with the others. i ordered on the first day and it has been a bit of a nightmare. living in ireland hasn't helped. thanks to Jason.

Aside from the credit card being charged problem which everyone had, I haven't had any problems or complaints. Just wanted to say this since no one ever comments when things go right.
