Are these DVD boxsets going to made availiable to the public like at Best Buy and such.Or is it internet only type a thing.

I spoke with BMG about this yesterday. It is only being sold to AnotherUniverse.com. I don't know if AU.com would ever make these available to a place like BB, but I doubt it.

One Day, when we all have 3D hologram TVs, you never know, somebody might make these available. Or... maybe Buena Vista would make them available for video on demand, when it becomes a reality.
