I still don't understand DVD set 2

The product description on the "anotheruniverse" web site says that the DVD set will contain 4 to 5 episodes per disk, and total 4 disks. But in order to support the notion of set #2, the first disk has to exactly match the one that already exists and thus can only contain three episodes. Even at 5 episodes per disk for disks 2 through 4, we're still one episode short. Is the description then wrong? I want to order set #2, but I absolutely do not want to get it and find out episode 4 was squeezed on to the disk that isn't shipped with set #2. Did that make any sense?

Assuming 5 discs:

Disc #
1 3 episodes
2 4 episodes
3 4 episodes
4 4 episodes
5 4 episodes

I should add that 4 discs was found to *not* be feasible.
