DVD error! Help!

Hi Justin (or anyone who can help)
I am trying to go through the checkout for the pre-order, but I keep coming up this error:
error '80020009'
Exception occurred.

I've tried on my computer and my boyfriend's computer. We are using Internet Explorer on PCs, Windows 95.
Please get back to me ASAP! I'd still like to be able to get it in before the deadline for free shipping
