Glad to see some of the customer live outside of US also received the lunchbox, but sad to hear customer like Naomi needa pay extra fee to receive the lunchbox for which the customer doesn't suppose have to pay.

I think not all international needa pay extra fee to receive the package, right? I mean, some other countries don't have tyhe practice of mail receive gotta pay, is that correct?

I am glad that lots of people have received their bonus stuff, but unfortunately I still haven't. I'm starting to get really impatient! Oh well i guess there isn't much that I can do.

Maybe I am getting a little anxious, but I still haven't received my bonus materials and I placed my order February 13, 2002. I wonder what the method to the madness is for sending out these bonus items. Alas, I have sent another email to the Litigation Specialist in the Computer Crimes Unit that requested the status of the bonus materials a few months ago to see if there were any updates regarding the matter. Hopefully I will get mine soon and can finally close this chapter and rest well knowing that anything RR touches will go down the toilet!!!!

I also haven't received my bonus material yet. Although I don't live within US, I'm also a bit anxious about it. But it seems I can do nothing here and just keep waiting.... :?

I'm fairly sure that I won't be seeing anthing else from AU. I live in Canada, plus I've moved since receiving my DVDs. I've been sending a change of address email daily, for weeks, with no response.

I had to pay charges for UPN, and fees to the British government (tax or something?) I had no idea I would be hit with a £30 fee besides, I had struggled enough to scrape together the money for the DVDs in the first place. I was away at uni when they arrived, and had mum screaming down the phone at me that I owed her £30. Nice shock.

I did e-mail Ross saying I would ask for a refund if I had to shell out any more money, as I would have waited for the entire package to be ready if given the choice, rather than pay handling fees and tax again. He assured me I would not be charged any more money for the lunch box and bonus items, I have nothing to do right now but wait and see. Obviously I am not too hopeful though :(

Naomi, are you saying that you received the bonus materials and were charged customs on that? Or are you talking about paying customs on the DVDs?

With all these people living in the US haven't recieved it, how long is it gonna take to reach Australia?

Has any international orderers recieved their bonus stuff?

Last time AU divided up all the orders into waves, with all international orders, being in the second. I hope they haven't done this again.

In fact, the head of a large DVD site (not Gord) credited AU with singlehandedly destroying a potential business model for other niche shows.
Still and all, the DVD world as a whole has been forever changed for the better because of the MSCL DVDs, and you're to thank. If not for yours and the petition signers tireless efforts, millions of our favorite TV shows would never have seen the light of day on DVD. I'm a poster to a Sports Night forum, and we tried to get that show on DVD forever, but it was completely hopeless. One of the forummers was an employee of Disney who petitioned to get the show on DVD, and when the MSCL DVDs came to fruition, she reported that that news gave Sports Night hope, and because they saw the potential for a short-lived series to sell, Sports Night was released and many shows followed.

In a sick, twisted way, Ross is also to thank. He's the only evil enough to have put the DVDs out in order to steal our money.

I still haven't received anything

I live in the U.S., was one of the original pre-orders to AU, and I have not changed address in the last 2 years. Still, I have received nothing.

I'm happy for those of you who have received bonus discs --- but where are mine?

What do the bonus discs contain?

So I'm confused, because I just read an earlier post that there are no cast interviews on the bonus disc. So what is on the bonus disc? I thought the cast interviews were the whole thing...

Not cast interviews, but crew interviews are on the disc. Winnie Holzman, Ed Zwick, Marshall Herskovitz: the creators and producers of MSCL.

Finally received my bonus items (in Dallas/Fort Worth); lunchbox, certificate of authenticity and bonus DVD. I guess from all of the promises at the beginning, I was expecting a little more from the bonus DVD and was somewhat disappointed in the contents of the finished product. I was expecting interviews with the cast and/or a "where are they now" segment or something. The lunchbox is of inferior quality to those that you can find at most stores and collectors shops . . and the hinge/clasp must be handled delicately for fear of braking something that you paid in excess for. I could care less about the other promised items from RR, because the T-shirt would only be a constant reminder of the BS that I had to go through to get this, the amount I had to pay to get it, as well a free promotion for someone that should be locked up. I now wish I would have waited on ordering this so-called "limited editition" . . paid less . . and got exactly what I wanted . . the full season. The lunchbox and bonus DVD just were not worth the trouble we have had to endure for nearly two years. Good riddance to RR and Another Universe. Lesson learned.

Yeah, same situation here. I'm in Atlanta, GA, and haven't gotten anything yet. It hasn't been long enough yet that I'm getting worried, but that'll come soon. :-)
