Do you have an AU.com experience that you'd like to share with a reporter who is working on a story about a customer's problems with AU.com?

I believe that it would good to not only share unresolved problems, but also to share the things that worked to obtain refunds for overcharges and unresolved cancellations. Even if you wish to share a customer service experience it might help to shed some light on how AU.com hve conducted themselves.
