My credit card company finally credited my account for $115

After several months of calling and complaining to my credit card company (Target Visa) without success, I finally received credit for the DVDs. Of course I had to write a letter threatening to close my account along with copies of the purchase receipt and dozens of emails to Ross & AU requesting a refund. But finally they did it. So don't give up hope! Keep the pressure on your credit card company, and don't take no for an answer. I didn't try to dispute the transaction until October, which was technically beyond the 60 day limit Visa has. Good luck!
