I need an AU refund form, how do I get one? What if I don't have my order number anymore, is there still a chance I can get my money back? Thanks

A normal company should be able to refund your money without you telling them your order number, but AU isn't a normal company... But it's worth a try.

Simultaneously submit a complaint to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

That way, even if AU.com doesn't return your money, the authorities will know about it.
