A Running AU Dept Sign

An idea came up in the chat room about creating a banner that displayed the total about of money Ross owes, similar to the National Dept sign. It could be charged interest so that it grows constantly. The idea would be for it to serve as a reminder for everyone to keep fighting for their refunds and not to let Ross win.
Some other ideas were to create a list of things that you could buy with your refund check. And a list of things Ross could buy with the amount of money he has stolen.
I don’t have the skill to do the sign, so I figured I’d throw the idea out there and see if anyone wanted to make one.
