U.S. Arrests 135 in Nationwide Cybercrime Sweep

By Andy Sullivan
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Attorney General John Ashcroft said Friday 135 people have been charged and more than $17 million seized in a crackdown on investment swindles, identity theft and other forms of Internet fraud and abuse.

Dear Ross Rojek:
It is 15 months since people first placed their orders with you, and your customers are still waiting for their products to be refunded. On top of this, you promised all customers would receive refunds for overcharges by April 6. It is now May 16, and you only provided emails for 120 customers who received refunds.

Thousands of customers are waiting to receive the products they ordered and many, many hundreds of customers are waiting for refunds. I believe that it is safe to say that if your customers are not made whole, that they will at least take some solace in seeing you meet a similar end to the people described in this article.

Jason,

Thanks for posting this article.

Who know maybe one day Ross will be added to this list? Short of that refunds, bonus discs and lunchboxes would be nice.

Best,

Lance Man
