I took out my info in it, but they left it in. Nothing like hand replying to 1000+ emails... No wonder its taken 15 days...

I also see that Wade is still working for them. In the header info, I noticed:

I also noticed that their contact us webpage has finally removed the toll free number:

Granted, this email means absolutely nothing. But at least they are somewhat communicating. Even meaningless emails are more than the deafening silence we've heard for the last two months. It says that at least they aren't completely ignoring the issue, which wouldn't have been suprising.

I got one of those today too regarding my change of address I keep requesting.
