That's a bogus email, and Ross is still the owner of AU. He simply stole it from his investors as I was saying back in October. You'd think with me spilling his plans that he would have altered them somewhat, but he obviously has brass balls.

Notice that they say that they will be giving refunds every week as funds become available. That is simply another stalling tactic. If they were overcharges to begin with, the funds should be available.

I felt really bad today. Lots of emails from people excited that they thought their refunds were on the way. Then they reread the letter with me and realized it was the same bullshit. AU.com will pay dearly for this. Keep the faith. Even the CMIH investors have turned on the scumbag now.

Jesus...took them long enough.

It is pathetic, I found out about this on the DVDTalk forum earlier today when this site was down and tried to let the truth be known there.

Same here. I was on the Home Theater Forum and a regular there posted the email, which then got me to laugh out loud.

I quickly followed it up and even used Jason's quote that was on AUSucks.org about who really owned the third party to back it up.

Hope you don't mind Jason. You were properly credited. :D

Great! Exactly what we need. Let's see if that helps us out any.

Jason, has anyone told you how much you rule lately? :)

Has Rod Stewart told you lately that he loves you?

Look, if this is weird for you, being tutored? I don't mind helping you a little longer.
You could have sex with me if you really want to help...I guess that's a "no"?

I told the writer he could quote me on ANYTHING I said. I told him I hope this will help get more press and more government agency interest.

One of the things I said was tough to verify, but then he said that he got in contact with an employee who verified it.

Re-read my posts from around October 10. Pretty much everything I said he would do he did. And I thought he would alter his plans after they were exposed. He has some massive set of balls.

NICE! Bring out the pretty knives!

But don't use up all the dirt. Same some stuff for DVD Discoveries Vol. 2!

:D

Gary

(Got that disc today... finally. Good segment by Jason and a couple other people. Van Ling notably.)

I prefer to think that it is just stupidity and not based on the size of his balls. Although, he may just know enough about the US legal system to know that he can get away with almost anything.

Heh, I looked like s**t on that disc. I had a 103 fever that night. Almost passed out on the way home from the studio! It was like a week after the s**t hit the fan!

What's the problem? You look like a perfectly healthy man on the borderline of a nervous breakdown to me.

Nah. That week sucked, but it wasn't that bad. That was a week after the deadline passed. I was somewhat relieved. The producer said I had that "in production" look.

It was stressful, primarily because until Oct 17 i thought Ross would default on the payment to BMG and it would immediately turn into a fraud situation.
