I'm glad the word is spreading further and further, but is there a reason why we aren't being told what mag the story and survey are ending up in?
I want to make sure I can get a copy...

It's called "make sure people realize that their response is important, but also make sure you don't end up helping the other side."
I'm sure that Ross would have been contacted for comment, so he probably knows anyway. It is a trade periodical, and the MSCL debacle is probably just one part of a much larger pattern.

You should respond even if you did receive a refund. Not only will it make the survey accurate, but you might have information to share to help others obtain refunds!
