Still waiting for my set

I ordered on September 15th, and am still waiting for my set. Hasn't everyone else at least received theirs? I understand double billing issues and such, but most everyone got the set, right?

I think there are a few people that still have not got it. I was lucky and got it first wave. Now if I can just get the last of my triple charges fixed....
Anyway, if you ordered with a credit card, get your money back through them and have them deal with AU. Order the set somewhere else and feel relieved your not still tied to AU in anyway.

Did you order the full set or the box with just episodes 4-19 in it? Just curious.
Regardless, I hope you can either get your discs or a refund in a reasonable amount of time.
