AU's shopping system is down

this gets better and better
disconnected phone lines
answering machine = black hole
no replies to e-mails
and now:
the shopping system on AU.com doesn't work anymore

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]General network error. Check your network documentation.
so there are no new orders coming in --> no money for refunding MSCL customers

good question - in the meantime their website is up again
about the booklet: nothing amazing (that couldn't be explained in a few words: new crap from fuckedcompany.com, phone lines cut) happened in the last weeks, so it's basically the same as a few weeks ago: 70 pages
