Citibank finalized my dispute with AU

I cancelled my order and disputed all of the charges ($20 and $79.98 initial charges in March) and the double charge in August. I just got written notification that AU didn't put up much of a fight and the charges have been permanently credited to my account.
So if you're trying to get your money back, keep trying. If the merchant (AU) can't come through with their side of the story likely your credit card company will decide in your favor and make the chargeback permanent. This will also cause AU to have to pay a fee for the chargeback so it's even sweeter. Now I have my DVDs for half the price, all of my money back from AU and the satisfaction that whatever interest AU got out of holding my money for ransom for 9 months has likely been negated by the chargeback fees they just incurred.
