is disconnected..or at least down for today. I also checked the other numbers listed for AU in this forum and 916.567.2490 and 916.567.2499 (FAX) are also disconnected. All that remains is (916) 450-0707 and (916) 450-0760 (fax). I called the 0707 number and no one answers after repeated calls but the answering machine is not full any longer. I know this may be a moot point since it looks like getting refunds from credit cards is the only answer at this point but just in case anyone is still trying/needing to make contact. I am still trying since my credit card company bites and I am having a hard time getting a refund..I am just not aggressive enough I guess so I am stupidly still trying the AU route while I am still working with credit card company. Sorry this so long..I am in a rambling mood....
