Hey guys,

Has anyone heard back from law enforment agencies on the situation with Ross and AU? Are investigations underway? Is anybody gonna prosecute?

I am somewhat afraid that with most of the sets in the hands of fans, that the pressure on Ross for refunds (like mine) might be off or lessened slightly.

Any news?

let's see:

people paid 2x the price before being overcharged. then there are about 1,000 or more people waiting for refunds.

i don't think people will give up on their money.

Roger that. I just wanted to know if anyone had any specifics on possible prosecutions at this point. For example are any county, state or federal agences investigating or filing charges at this point that you are anyone else is aware of?

I would imagine that it's going to be a little while longer before we hear about any movement by law enforcement, only because the reports are still coming in. This is just a hunch of course.

Have any law suits have been reported? I was just thinking about that earlier...
