Help - Info required for Credit Card Co.

Hi,

I'm based in the UK and after waiting for these since the beginning, I still don't have the discs.

So, I decided to take up the matter with my credit card on the basis of having paid but not received the goods. I haven't cancelled, but will do so if they advise me to (it puts the ball in their court nicely).

I was advised to write to head office detailing my complaint.

Does anyone out there have a detailed list of all events and promises in this sorry saga that they would be willing to share. It would save me a lot of time ploughing through the forum :?:

i sent my cc company a stack of papers and promptly got credit. if you email me, i'll send you a copy of the cover letter i sent them, in addition to the things they told me to stress in order to ensure that i got credit.
