Question for people with Billing Info Rec...

Has anyone who got the message 'Billing Information Recieved' actually got their DVDs, or does that automatically mean that the package is lost?
"Billing Information Received" means that AU has notified UPS to come pick up the package. I got the "Billing Information Received" message last Friday (the 22nd). On Monday, the status had changed to "In Transit", and on Tuesday morning, UPS was at my front door with the discs.
