I thought this sounded familiar, even though its a different company.
There's some good ideas for complaint centers in it...

hahaha, if you read his entire dvd ordering saga, at the very end this is what it says:
Conclusion
So what have we learned? Well, we learned that you should never do business with DVD Wave. By association, I'd say avoid CD Universe. The only way we can fight back is to not buy from them. I have searched for DVD Wave all over the Internet and every single time I see a web site touting how great they are, I send them an account of this story and the link to the DVD Wave Blows web site.
I have learned to do extensive research before buying anything, whether online or not. If there is the slightest hint that they are not a good risk, I avoid them like the plague, now. I've ordered from 800.com, reel.com, anotheruniverse.com, and samgoody.com. All got me what I ordered within 3 days. THREE DAYS. DVD Wave couldn't even process the order in three days.

Yeah, he did, but thats how I found the place. Old google returned it for "anotheruniverse fraud".
Of course, the article was written back in 2000, before AU had even become a glint in RR's eye.
