I, too, threatened legal action & I GOT MY FIRST SET! :)

Hiya everybody!
I'm bouncing in giddiness. My first MSCL Box Set has arrived!!!!
I was beyond patient with this whole DVD fiasco. I never once complained about the broken promises and extended wait time. I was willing to wait for my favorite tv show to be on DVD, even if it meant going to hell and back for it.
But after watching my shipment stuck at the dreaded "Billing Information Sent" message for a week on the UPS site, and hearing from others on this board that it indicate a lost package, I finally got fed up. I called Another Universe in a final attempt to resolve the issue (of course, nobody answered). I emailed Mike twice, Ross once, and left 2 different phone messages. When I received no response, I called Wednesday afternoon and stated that if I am not informed of the status of my DVDs within the next 24 hours, I *will* pursue legal action.
Apparently on Wednesday night, they shipped my set out.
And just a few minutes ago, my first set arrived on my doorstep!
Yay
Me!!
Now I've got one more box set on the way (it is a 4 to 19 package). It is still stuck at the "Billing Information Recieved" but now I *know* that being a non-lawyer threatening legal action actually works.
I hope this might help somebody else who is getting rather impatient...

PS: I live in San Luis Obispo, California if that means anything.
