Cancellation Survey Results

Post by Jason R » Nov 14th 2002, 7:33 pm

With almost half responding so far, here are the current survey results.

Kind of speaks for itself, and since I am speechless, guess that is a good thing:

Man, this is dismal. But, I wanted to thank you, Jason, for doing this. It does give me some comfort knowing you haven't given up. Hopefully, this'll end soon. I know, I know, empty words, I just don't have anything more deep and meaningful to add at this point, sorry! :(

Thanks again.

149? Must have missed-out on the survey! Make that 150, if you would.

How do I get to the survey? Make that 151. No refund, canceled more than a month ago. I'm owed money for 5 sets. Planned to give them out as presents long ago. I am owed a refund for $489.90 and the credit card company is still "investigating" the case.

I didn't get the survey either, so make that 152.

Too bad I didn't ask for permission to post some of them.

I posted a new version of the results, now with about 250 responses, or just over 2/3 responding back. The percentages are holding pretty much the same, so while this is not a scientific survey, the results don't seem to be skewed.

However, this is only people who reported through drygrass. I don't know how many people reported by email or phone, but most of these were read and marked as processed by AU.com.

I'm sorry to say that this is a big reason why I'm not cancelling my order with AU. I am thinking it will take me at least the same time to get a refund as to get the DVDs. (I live outside US as said before). And I am sure the money-rates will make me lose some in a cancellation as well. I got a refund for my double charge and lost about 1-2 dollars.
