I just cancelled. this is not interesting. Just sharing!

After waiting trusting hoping, I decided to cancel.
I realised that I'd rather be fighting with the bank to get back my full payment than get a DVD set and then fight to get the bonus, lunchbox & t-shirt and still not get my overcharge refunded.
And I was sick of getting emails from Ross saying "Sorry been out of the office. I'll make sure it's sorted this week...blah blah blah."
So it's the same s**t - different problem. But hopefully LloydsTSB or Visa's problem and not mine. AU thankfully acknowledged my cancellation so I should have no trouble proving it.
I'm off to deepdiscountdvd now to pay a very small amount with the gaurantee of getting the item I've ordered. It'll feel strange at first but it's something I could get used to.
It's been fun. No it hasn't.
But It's been so great to have this community here during this stress. You've made me laugh when I could've screamed.
Good luck to all those awaiting the second wave and all the bits and refunds you deserve.
"How could Anne Frank be lucky?"
"I don't know. 'Cause she was stuck in an attic for three years with
this guy she really liked?"
