This is the series of e-mails I've gotten trying to get a credit after cancelling my order. Unfortunately no credit yet and my credit card company isn't being very helpful. I think it's time to go to the bank and talk to someone in person.

We are processing Refunds as fast as we can. It is important to us that
we process every customers refund and overcharge credit. With that
said, please pursure whatever means you feel is necessary to protect your best interest.
