FYI, my DVDs arrived today via UPS much to my surprise since I never received any e-mail with a tracking number. I haven't watched them yet because I'm afraid I'll get part way through the episodes then one of the DVDs will be defective. This whole experience has left me with such bad feelings...

Where do you live? I've not gotten an email, hoping to get my DVDs by Friday, but I don't know, as I live on the East Coast.

California, so I'm sure that's why I received the DVDs so quickly,

I haven't been getting any e-mails from Another Universe. My e-mail address changed, but I updated my address with them (or so I thought). Anyway, I'm as sure as I can be that my order is still in, so I expect to get the DVDs in the next few days without ever getting an e-mail. (I'm in Georgia, so it'll take a little while for the shipment to get here.)
