Double Charge and Cancellation Refund Update

Every few seconds, I am receiving an email from the drygrass.com site, stating that Mike McCullough at AnotherUniverse is reading problems and marking files as "processed." Since it is impossible to process 3 refunds in 10 seconds, I am assuming that they are merely clearing the queue, as they did in August. Only about 15% of those people received refunds, probably as a result of further complaining.
That's fine. I let AU know that we will be surveying all customers to find out if the refunds are received. If not, we are instructing the customers how to report a claim to the IFCC.
