Grrrrrrrrrr. I am so mad. I think we deserve some answers as to what Anotheruniverse and its CEO, Ross, were doing with our money since February. Seriously. We shouldn't settle for just the refund or the dvd's. We collectively loaned a ton of money to Ross' company. I didn't think I would be buying 8-month zero coupon bonds in anotheruniverse when I signed the petition. Why are there any issues still out standing with the lunchboxes or bonus disc?

I have to say I respect Cate for letting her opinion be heard here and for defending what she believes to be true. However, where I disagree with her is that it is that it isn't like we put down a small deposit and there were major delays. What has happened is that we paid AU a ton of money and now there are problems because Ross, the CEO, didn't play nice and pay people when he was supposed to. And he double charged us for good measure! Have a debit card? He'll triple charge you!

As other people have done here, I am going to start filing paperwork with the appropriate agencies.

and everyone outside the US lost a lot of money with the prepay-deal and the double charges due to floating exchange rates

actually I'm proud that my $115 helped AU survive the whole summer and fall. But right now I'd really appreciate it to get my money back.

Kenny, now you are just not fair. It really isn't Ross' fault. I mean what would you do?

Option A: buy a new house on the Caymans
Option B: pay for the DVDs your customers ordered

As Chief Excuse Officer do A but say B. That's how PR works in another universe: "don't do anything, just say you did".
