Last I heard on the bonus disc it had just been started. I saw the update today that suddenly it being finished? Is this correct?

The bonus disc is the only reason I've not cancelled my order yet. I would like to have the lunch box. But I've stuck with AU for the bonus disc. I got my "Share the Love" from Amazon and updated my profile so I can order when I get too fed up with AU.

Am I being too naive hoping I still might get a bonus disc?

Last I heard it is not close to being done. Getting it done requires AU paying someone money which they don't have.

i'm still holding out with AU in hopes of a box and bonus disc!

Go with me here for a minute - if AU can't afford to pay BMG or GWhiz and they are pulling these last minute payment negotiations out of their asses at the 12th hour, where in the hell are they going to get the money to pay someone to produce the bonus discs?

Granted pressing the bonus discs should cost considerably less than what they just paid to BMG, but still...

Is the fund BMG recevied really sufficient and enough for producing the DVD set as well as the Bonus disc?

BMG isn't producing the bonus disc. AU is doing the bonus disc pretty much in house, with final authoring going outside. Since the lunchboxes, if they ever get finished, won't ship until january at the earliest, maybe they're planning on mugging Santa for funds to cover authoring, replication and packaging. Then all they need is cash to actually mail them all....
