I sent Robert at GWhiz an email asking for:

1) confirmation of what Jason has said this afternoon

2) confirmation of payment from AU

3) I also asked that if payment is indeed received will they then complete the lunchboxes. (they had stated that they would no longer work with AU)

I asked if he could get back to me as soon as possible so I could pass the info along to everyone here.

(if I missed something crucial I'm sure he wouldn't mind another email ... so let me know please.)

(I am off to do groceries and will check my email as soon as I get back.)

Checked my email as soon as I got in and no response from Robert.

(and there is no way it would have gotten dumped by spam filters 'cos he's now in my address book)

So, still waiting ... unless he's already responded here and I haven't seen it yet.

Nope, no word from anyone. Also, no mass email from Jason. Very strange.

Cate, just admit it. You're having Ross' baby, aren't you?

I mean, stop making excuses for him and meanwhile picking apart everything Jason's ever posted on this forum. How can you NOT see who is more reliable and trustworthy?

I just had to get this off my chest because I'm sick of seeing Jason get bashed when it's the last thing he deserves. He made ONE mistake - trusting AU. And how can we condemn him for that when we (including BMG, GWhiz, etc) have all done the same?

I think the poor guy feels guilty enough, and is taking more responsibility for this mess than he should. STOP trying to make him feel even worse.

Jason, I don't blame you for putting this project behind you soon. I'm guessing you'll be appreciated more when you're gone. Everyone will be crying for info, and Ross sure won't deliver it. Then everyone will realize just how lucky we were to have you here, fighting for us. Some of us realize it already.

Actually Jason was the one who sent me Robert's email address (unsolicited by me I might add) and told me I should write to him. I think the idea was that there would be confirmation for people here. What better person to do that than the outspoken skeptic?
