i cancelled this morning

last weekend i was spring cleaning.
completely overhauled my room
and got rid of my bed.
so it wasn't until midnight on sunday that i turned on the laptop
and got a message from a friend (who'd also ordered) that
everything was going ti** up with the boxset.
I read through the forum, becoming more and more stunned
with each new revelation. I stayed up til 3am
despite having work that morning, before finally turning
off the computer. It was a long time after that when I
managed to find sleep.
I've been following the updates.
I've felt sick, angry, stupid and gullible
The last straw for me was the news that Gwhiz would
no longer work with AU.
Without the lunchbox, there's simply no justifying the price difference with amazon. Plus, I really dont believe anything will be shipping.
Merely thinking about holding out hope any more sends my stomach churning.
So, I've filled out the form on drygrass
and I've emailed Ross the following letter.

Dear sir,
I am writing to inform you that I am cancelling my order (no. W3209980)
due to the extreme lateness of the product (having missed two shipping dates)
and the fact that it is no longer as described upon ordering (the lunchbox is
cancelled)
The order was placed on February 19th 2002
I have been charged $99.98
I do not care who's fault it is, I have been more than patient,
but enough is enough. I expect a full and prompt refund.
I also ask $10 compensation for the inconvenience incurred.
