Why do we keep excusing Jason?

I'm sorry but I'm sick and tired of reading all through this mess and seeing Jason get out of this as a Saint.
Guess what, he's not.
Way, way, way back when, just a few days after we heard that "because credit card authorizations couldn't be kept for more than x days" I warned everyone in this very forum (or it's previous incarnation any way) that this was 100% crap. There was no reason whatsoever for a full payment to have to be made in advance, except if they needed *OUR MONEY* to fund this mess, and should that be the case they should come foward and be honest about it.
Back then I became the bad guy instantly, I wasn't seeing the big plan, they needed to have our money because they were affraid people might cancel their (back then) still "exclusive" release and have them loose money. And yes, I'm sure as an ex-worker on BMG you also didn't know about the little "everyone else can get it detail", but keep knowing everything about meetings held and such. Yeah right. You made this happen and forgot that little detail? Basically, we had to pay in advance because they were affraid they might loose money with this. Right!
I'm sorry I didn't keep the emails with Jason, but basically his point was "don't agree, tough luck, order later and loose the bonuses. Even if my points are bullshit."
Think about it. You ask for 20% of a product value 5 months in advance of expected release as a downpayment. So far so good. I think $20 is reason enough for a person to keep wanting to buy. If you need the rest either a), you need the money to make it happen, or b) you want to run away with the stash.
So why did they charge us the rest? Well, the only obvious explanation is that the reason they were giving was crap, just like I said back then, and that they needed the money to do the set - something they should have been honest about from the beginning.
So yes, mr. Jason, I didn't give up on this piece of crap back then because you said it was 100% secure, when I warned you it stank in many more ways than just one. Even if you are not legally responsible, you most certainly are in all moral aspects.
And if I ever see that SOB Mr Ross Reject I'll make sure to congratulate him on the project with a ball pen hammer.
Good night everyone, wish I could laugh and just say I told you so, but yes, due to mr Jason I'm also loosing my money.
Best regards,
Luis Fonseca
