I was double-billed...

Not to beat a dead horse, because I know that I am far from the only to face this problem, but I was double-billed back in August and I filled out the form, emailed Jason (without receiving any response). Now I just want all of my money refunded (the $20 pre-order, plus both $69.95 charges) so that I can place my order on Amazon.ca. Anyone know how I can go about getting all of my money refunded? I deeply regret getting involved with Another Universe to begin with, and although I appreciate everything Jason's done to get this dvd made I now realize that I should have waited and ordered through a more reputable company.
