If it comes to cancelling

This is the first time i've used the board, although i've been reading it frequently ever since i placed an order back in March. With the growing possiblity of the need to cancel, i was wondering whether to e-mail Ross directly, or go through the Drygrass thingy, or both (although it's not clear whether doing both will assist or hinder the cancellation). Thanks to anyone who replies.

Do all of the above, and also report it to your credit card company.

Thanks for that, just another small question. On the Drygrass form, where it asks for phone and fax number, do i need to give some kind of overseas code as I'm in England rather than the US of etc.

Yes, you should include the country code. It's not a big deal, because honestly...what are the chances AU will call you?

Ha Ha, that's true enough, though in the end i didn't bother with the code, and just put UK in brackets.

I used a debit card. Currently AnotherUniverse has $204.98 of my money. The first 89.98 was charged in February, and the other 115 was charged in July without my consent.
Does anyone know what my chances are of having my bank get my money back to me?

Slim to none I'm afraid. I would get on Ross' case to have this taken care of NOW.

NO - your BANK <I>will</I> get your money back. Waiting for AU to refund your money is fruitless, but NOT your bank. DO go through your bank if you haven't already.
