If you are concerned at all about your order, and if you want to cancel, use these sites:

AskDOJ@usdoj.gov

http://www.fraudbureau.com/database/file1.html

http://www.bbb.org/bbbcomplaints/Welcome.asp

http://www.fraud.org/

http://www.ftc.gov/

http://www.ifccfbi.gov/cf1.asp

(Ross seemed to get scared when I said I filed with that last one.)

I've gone through and filed with all of them, just in case Ross decides not to refund me for my canceled order. If he comes through, then he can just ignore my complaints.

I suggest everyone who has canceled do the same. We pay taxes for our government to offer these services. We may very well need them now, so use them. :)

I totally agree

Good advice. I totally agree with your comments and link choices. Don't forget the CA State Attorney General as well. I posted that link some time ago. Personally, I hope the crooks at AU spent some time behind bars. I will feel no sorrow for anything that happens to the people responsible for the way we have been treated. I don't believe anything AU says.

The people on this forum that feel bad for Ross or AU are just weak individuals. They obviously enjoy getting ripped off, taken advantage of and lied to by the people involved with this project. It reminds me of battered women who get beaten by men and continue to go back to, feel sorry for, and believe the individual abusing them. We, the customers of AU are the battered and by using the links provided in the previous post, we can fight back and see that justice, revenge or whatever you want to call it, is done. Complaining on the forum will do nothing. Taking action and seeing that justice is done will ensure other people like us don't get taken advantage of. This project reminds me of the ENRON and MCI WORLDCOM scandals. Ask those stockholders if they want justice done to their abusers.

Finally, I have been a volunteer at battered women's shelters so I don't want to hear the "how dare you compare" comments. It's the same thing in principle.

Yup, it's called rationalization and enabling.

There's nothing I hate more than having someone in an abusive relationship say, "But I made him so angry, I shouldn't have said that, I know he doesn't like __________ but I did it anyway," etc.

Like the Movie Book of Answers told us last night, "You get what you settle for."

We have trusted AU long enough. It's time for us to J-Lo on them like in Enough. Not that I saw the movie, but hey I saw the commercials and I'm pretty sure she ends up kicking some serious ass just before the credits roll.

I cancelled my order a while ago and waited for a long time until my credit appeared. It finally appeared two days after I told Ross I was going to report him to the websites listed above! So maybe that will do something for those who are cancelling and afraid of losing their money...as I was!!

Thanks for the links-

If I don't see a credit on my card by Friday, I'll fill out ALL of
those forms, starting with the last two and working my way up the list.
